Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
SHIPPING
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express/FedEx/Aramex for international orders.
Priya Keswani Label is a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. All orders are usually dispatched within 10-15 days. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept domestic and international payments on our website. For India, we accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We also accept UPI directly on our website. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit and Debit Cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each order is processed with care and attention. Once an order has been placed, it cannot usually be cancelled. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please note:
- All cancellations must be requested via email at info@alayathestorehouse.com
- A cancellation fee of ₹300 will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
REFUND POLICY
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for another size or a store credit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for another size or a store credit provided below mentioned conditions are met.
- You must raise a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place
- Priya Keswani Label reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE
- Size exchanges are free of cost.
- Returns have a cost of Rs 200/- per request that will be deducted from the amount of store credit.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- All custom made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All kidswear products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All discounted products are only eligible for size exchanges.
- All final sale/sample sale/clearance sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
REGISTER A RETURN/EXCHANGE
You must raise a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Free Shipping on Orders above INR 15000.
- For International Orders, we can accept the payment through your Debit/Credit cards or Bank Transfer.
- Shipping charges (for orders below INR 15000) are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 2-4 weeks.
- The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
